All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selections, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we will send you a brand new replacement at no charge — no need to send anything back.

How to Report a Defective Item

  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  3. A replacement will be shipped to you free of charge
